But the heart, when not heard, finds ways to remind you of who you are. I always felt there was something more, a deep pulse calling me to a place where body, mind, and spirit would dance in harmony.<\/p>\n

For years, I worked in communication and personal consulting, a profession that allowed me to connect with people and that I now understand as a fundamental part of my learning process. Although I enjoyed it, inside me, there was a voice that resonated more strongly: a constant calling toward integral well-being, toward a deep understanding between body, mind, and spirit.<\/p>\n

My true awakening came during one of my trips to Southeast Asia more than 12 years ago. It was there, in a corner full of spirituality, where I clearly felt that the connection with the energies and balance I had perceived since childhood had a purpose. It was in Thailand where I decided to explore holistic therapies, and where a learning journey began that would transform my life forever.<\/p>\n

Northern Thailand, with its majestic temples and calm atmosphere, became my school and refuge. There, I learned from exceptional teachers, experts in ancient therapies, who not only taught me techniques but also the importance of transmitting them with the heart and hands. Each training day was a transformative experience that connected me with my essence and reminded me of my life\u2019s mission.

Back home, in Barcelona, I continued my education. For years, I attended courses, workshops, and specializations, continually enriching my practice and knowledge. My path has been a journey of constant growth, both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n

Today, as a holistic massage therapist, my mission is to offer you a safe and warm space where you can heal, reconnect with yourself, and find that balance that sometimes seems out of reach. Every therapy I share is infused with my story, my learnings in Southeast Asia and at home, and my commitment to integral well-being.<\/p>\n

I continued learning about physiology, specifically holistic manual therapies aligned with my values and spirit. I traveled for years through Southeast Asia, where, in the temples and mountains of Chiang Mai, I had the privilege of learning from great masters, receiving exceptional training, and immersing myself in a culture renowned for its wisdom and knowledge in these areas.<\/p>\n

Reiki training became a fundamental pillar of my personal and professional development in the field of holistic therapies, allowing me to explore the foundations of this technique and understand that each person has their own vital energy, which can be balanced and harmonized through the hands.<\/p>\n

My training also includes Art Therapy, a discipline that uses artistic expression as a tool for communication and emotional well-being. Through art, I help develop creative potential and strengthen self-confidence. This therapy allows for working on emotional conflicts in a gentle yet profound way, promoting self-awareness and inner balance.<\/p>\n

After these trainings, I returned to Catalonia, where I continued my education in various holistic massage techniques from around the world, with a special focus on Ayurvedic massage and aromatherapy.<\/p>\n

The journey of learning never ends, which is why I continue my training every day to provide better treatments and sessions fully tailored to my clients.
